Shipping
We send your order as discreet as possible. Nowhere on the parcel you will find the name Condomerie as sender.
We will always try to send your order in an enveloppe to fit your letter box. This means that we will make the package fit your mailbox (if possible ofcourse).
Minimal order
There's no minimum order amount.

Bank transfer
Always remember to write your ordernumber, full name, address and e-mail-address on your form of payment. Transfer the amount to ING Bank account number 4912767 in the name of FIRMA CHGV, in Amsterdam. It is possible to make a payment from any bank in the world to the ING Bank, the Netherlands (BIC-code: INGBNL2A / IBAN-nummer: NL 69INGB0004912767 / SWIFT-code: INGBNL2A)

We support Visa, EuroCard and MasterCard.
We charge an additional fee of 3.5% for using Visa creditcard payments. For using Mastercard payments we charge 3.1% extra. |

Shipping and handling
The following charges apply:
- The Netherlands - 1.95 EURO
- The Netherlands - 4.95 EURO (products that won’t fit your mailbox: lubricants, grossboxes, etc.)
- Europe - 6.50 EURO
- Outside Europe - 9.50 EURO
Delivery time
Delivery time is ± 4 workingdays, depending on country and method of payment, Orders will be executed after receipt of payment.
Please contact us if you have not received your order after one week.
Exchanging and returning
Articles may not be exchanged.
In the event that there is a mistake in your order, please return the wrong articles unopened, by registered mail. Postage will be reimbursed by Condomerie Het Gulden Vlies by bank or giro transfer. Regarding deliveries outside the Netherlands, the Condomerie is not responsible for any problems with customs. |
